Curing agents for thermoset resins
Butanox M-50
A general purpose methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) for curing resins and gelcoats at room and elevated temperatures in the presence of a cobalt accelerator.
Butanox M-50VR
Has all the advantages of the standard M-50 and includes a vanishing red system that dissapears during the cure process.
Trigonox K-90
Cumyl hydroperoxide, 90% in aromatic solvent mixture for high temerature applications or applications which require long geltimes.
Butanox LPT
An MEKP which imparts significantly longer geltimes and has a low hydrogen peroxide content making it suitable for particular vinyl esters which may “foam” with a standard product.
